This website was created to facilitate sharing knowledge and experience to other leaders in educational settings. There are too many crazy stories not to share! Also, I wish there had been a resource for guidance I could learn from when I first became a leader. My goal is to provide insight, entertainment, and guidance that I have come by the hard way.
